I would say sometime next week - I have finished the design a while ago, I just wont upload them until I have printed them, I'm in the middle of printing the starboard mandible decks at the moment, then will move onto these.Looking forward to seeing how the starboard mandible side walls turn out. Any idea when you`ll be able to upload the stp and stls, Darrin?
I know exactly what you mean.....I faced same issue some time ago......Sorry for the lack of updates - had a few issues.
First someone rightfully pointed out my Mandibles were too thick, so I am in the midst of remedying that. I made a stupid rookie mistake in adding a top plate to the frame, and not allowing for its thickness.
Second - After running pretty much non stop for over a year my P1S had its first major breakdown - a broken XY Belt ;(
So I ordered a replacement, and may have accidentally purchased a second printer at the same time - now how to explain it to the wife...
Printing is now on hold until next week, which is sad, but at least I can get on with some more modelling.
I may end up running one printer specifically for the high detail .2mm Nozzle parts, the other for prototyping and parts that don't need that much detail.

You and me both broI went to buy a ticket to see Star Wars on Sunday, April 9, 1978, and I've been paying for it ever since...
Tks Dave, now you mentioned I saw some pics like you shared...as mentioned, I m still learning Falcon details, curiosities, time in time appears a new information, this is exactly what I love on the building processJust an FYI, those parts of the guns mounts were flipped back and forth and show up differently in photos from display shows. I believe they were even flipped during filming. They don't necessarily have a top or bottom.
Here's the top of the Falcon with the other gun platform there.
