This is the part where I grumble about "The Experts" being brought in to authenticate and inaccurately restore original phasers and communicators, while other "experts" build forgeries to sell at auction, and authenticate their own forged work.

For real. He's going above and beyond to keep on top of all the PR stuff today.
I feel for him, especially with the douchey attitude of some of the folks posting on their blog page.
Their cringy, whiney behaviour makes me want to reach through the screen and slap them around a bit.
I mean, give them a break. So they made a mistake in making the Amazon UK listing live before they were really ready.
We're all human, mistakes happen. People sure are raking them over the coals over this. Get over it.

Yeah. Like I posted over on the blog page, back in the 80s, I was a PA on a music video by Cameo called The Skin I'm In. One of their entourage had a tee shirt that said "ka ka occurs." Yup!

Very cool how they make the data disks! I thought they were enameled or something, but no--it's a plastic insert arbor pressed to fit in the disk!
It all depends on where in the pecking order you are based on the certificate number that was generated when you registered. I haven’t seen anything show up in my e-mails, likely as they haven’t gotten to my number yet. Some people have received the e-mail, but a lot of us haven’t.
I’m a little slow on the intake. What was the total they charged your card, lock stock and two smoking barrels?

Be great if can discuss better details on how ordering will go. Also if there be an actual link to order for folks. Or is just gonna be shot in the dark. Again just better detailed process.
Catching up on the thread... The product page isn't deleted, although it might not be searchable or linked from TWC's store page. I was able to order this morning, but haven't gotten a dispatch notice (yet).
Amazon UK does have lockers you can order to and pick it up.

I hope that’s not the complete packaging for shipping…..I’d prefer all that and bubble wrapped in larger box….especially being shipped from the UK to the U.S…..I once did seasonal work at the U.S. post office, and the present thin brown box is not gonna make it in one piece to some places…I can bet on it.

However, the dispatch notice I got said shipping by Maersk, arriving May 8. So unless leaving the warehouse in the UK equals “withdrawn for consumption,” I could still get hit with a VERY steep tariff, since Maersk definitely isn’t international post. I’m getting weary of saying we’ll see, but we’ll see.

You've got Chris here not Charlotte...
We are sending invitation emails out in batches in the order in which people registered their interest. Timed to coincide with the stock availability as best as we can manage it. We were planning to start this process when we had a bit more product in stock towards the end of this week.
However, while we were trying to get the listing ready we accidentally made it live for a few minutes and some person(s) spotted it (and kindly shared the link) when the listing was only half-activated, so we decided that it was probably the least-bad option just to make it properly live and to email (send out notifications) to the first 200 people on our list (of which about 10 or 15 of the email addresses are ours due to our early testing of the registration process) rather than leave the confusion hanging. Another batch of 900 plus units is following very shortly into stock and more is already made and being shipped in right now, which will follow into stock after and there after we will be bringing more in.
Be patient, and whatever you do, don't be this guy:
Don't worry about them running out. The factory minimum order is 10,000 units, and they will undoubtedly make even more if there's demand.
