Did you see the envelopes we got? They are the right size and shape, we just had to paint them black and add the stickers ourselves. Not perfect but I think we are calling them done there. Im thinking Adam payed quite a bit to have them custom made.

One thing I would do is run a red felt tip marked along the edges to hide the white border and make it look a bit nicer.
I'm guessing $200-300 at least

That looks pretty dam good in the picture. What kind on paint are you using? I'm worried it's going to crack and peel of the vinyl/ plastic though.
Did you guys have to buy of bunch of those folders left? If so, I may need some if this Adam thing doesn't work out. At this point I'd be willing to kick in $200 for the team if we can have them made. What about the Main Manila Envelope? Did you guys solve that? If I remember you weren't happy with what you had ordered. I could ask Adam for that as well. My friends giving him my cell number and I've ask if he could call me. Told my buddy I'd like to thank him personally for initially sharing all his info and what a cool experience this has been.

I just downloaded everything piece by piece off this thread and another RPF thread. What files are you having problems with? The hard part of was determining what folder (Ivory I, II, III, IV or Colby) that they went in.
I'm looking for all of them having trouble downloading most of these files
I have Manilla Folders. You have to mod them. I can send you some no problem. I am not 100% happy with them, but they work and so far the only option. They also were not cheap, and have to be bought in bulk. I will need to check my stash to see what I have for the clear pouches. I need to keep enough for my complete second set to sell, and some kits to put together to try to re-coup some of the cost.
I have not ordered the second top opening manila file for the second file yet.
I would be happy to chip in as well for the custom pouches.
For Paint I am in love with Rust oleum 2x Ultra cover paint + primer. I have been very happy with results on everything including the test clear pouch I did.

Thanks James! let's give it a week and see if Adam responds about the clear pouches. I did get a set of other ones with a flap and no snap. Defiantly need the Main Manilla Folder though at some point. Besides that, I'm done. I have to go to Singapore next month for work. I'll hit up some big Stationary Stores looking for folders if still needed. Do the Manila Folders you have come with the red string closure?

Have you contemplated this? I ordered a few, they're way sturdier than manila and already have a hole for the elastic band which you could easily replace with a red button string closure. It's just the wrong color. It looks good when I hold the red wax stamp to it though.
Those would be awesome if we could get the right color. Lid trimming to add the angle would be easy.

I just used a black rattle can and its has been more then durable.
