I just finished milling my Denex for this kit. The Denex logo etc were milled out of the side panel, the little fining pin removed and the sight reversed. Reversing the sight was easier than I thought. Pop the pin holding the sight lever and remove it. Use a fine chisle to carefully pry off the adjuster back. Reverse it and press the back piece back on, fix the lever in its holder and push the pin back in. Holding the Denex in the milling vise was easy as there are several flat areas and the milling is very fine cuts. Increase the cut .001" at a time - the logo is very thin. A little 320 followed by 600 wet N dry and it is ready for PAX pewter black.
