Quick Update:

All of the halves have been formed, I'm going to cut off majority of the excess plastic around the casting so that they can be posted for those purchasing the raw vacuum formed halves. Before trimming the assembled options I will make a post outlining where I'm cutting in detail for reference for those getting the kit parts to use as well.

All the option 1's have now been shipped and I'll be starting work on the option 2's shortly. I've posted a quasi-guide for trimming for those getting the untrimmed parts in my build thread which I'll expand on in the next few days to flesh out a bit more.

Hi again,

I've opened up interest for a second run, This will probably happen a few months down the line. The only big change from the first run is the offering of the textured ABS (which isn't seen on the assembled helmet but more faithful to the originals). Although there will be 6x Gloss ABS available as I still have the plastic.

I'm no expert with sizing for heads, but the opening side to side is 210mm if that helps. The flight caps themselves aren't very big though with the large barely fitting on my head.

There are a few rebels in the film i've spotted that also had issues fitting them on as well.
