X-WING 1:1 SCALE

Bonjour, je dois reconnaître que vous êtes un Maître en la matière.:)
Hi STRYCKER, don't forget to use English on this board for all communications (unless the member is French speaking, like me). You can use Google translation to do so.
Here's your answer in English: "Hello, I must recognize that you are a master in the field";)

So most of this week was spent preparing the finished parts for transport...which meant building dollies and trollies etc. I Just ran out of space to continue building this thing and needed to shift everything.

Of course, working on an island, on the Thames, in London, meant it all goes by boat...

Here's the bottom wing

So now it's on to all the engines, the other 2 wings and the landing gear

oh wow, I'm really loving the result so far, and it's really impressive and cool to also see how you got it out of there, I had no idea you were in England, even less so that you were on an island! Very cool to see, the scale is very impressive next to the boat and next to the human figure next to it!
great job as usual

Incredible

OK, it's engine time for the next few weeks, so I am gonna build one of each to test out the method and work out all the different components needed and then repeat the whole process 3 more times...

Obviously they will all get some weathering and a bit more detailing

OK another week has passed, and that means wall to wall engines. Just about finished the main Saturn V type...2 standard and 2 with doors for landing gear.
