X-WING 1:1 SCALE

So, the cockpit is finally done...very fiddly and detailed, and again, not going for super accuracy. Had some fun with detailing the area around the shell of the cabin. Most of the LED's are either lit or blinking and the dashboard screens have a few relevant video loops with sounds to, hopefully, make it more immersive when u are in the driving seat.
Also found a Phantom simulator joystick that seemed to fit the bill.
Of course, this means it's on to the WINGS!

Not only are you always the fastest worker here, but I think that when this is going to be finished, it's going to be the most realistic 1/1 X wing ever made. Lots of realistic details, the steel canopy is super impressive, it's really going to look great! congrats again, you are very efficient as usual!

WOW! Well done... Absolutely incredible work - keep it up - I look forward to seeing more!

Friday again already...So the wings are underway...they just seem overwhelmingly huge in my shop but will persevere until I can't move anymore.
Got most of the outer framing done on the first wing and started to skin. Would have been so much easier if the wings were flat instead of tapered but I think I got it sorted now

I've never been out of the United States, but it's time to make a pilgrimage to Germany!!! There is so much of your work there worth seeing, but this is something I've wanted since I was 4 years old!!!
