Interest Veracity Labs - THE V2 FX Build (DIY Kit)

Hi Guys,
SHORT POST: Update. Not much.
"TXQ has approval on all parts to be complete and remade- they are waiting on payment from Lewis for the updated components... Hopefully he can chime in on timing asap."
To re-iterate. TXQ is good to go. They are just in waiting for Lewis.
LONG POST VERSION:
In summary from a brief chat this past Saturday, Lewis alluded their machining funds were spread thin after getting caught up with (his) Aniflex FE run (which to be fair, was several years delayed also) and machining crystal chambers for that run.
I have a couple of deadlines mentioned
-August 1st is their goal to put their main batch of Aniflex up. I'm not sure if he'll hit this since it sounds like he had to send some of those components back to be re-finished.
(I know that is unrelated to our V2, but it is related due to the way they're organizing their machining funds.)
-August 11th. Anticipated no-later-than date TXQ final payment. Reasonable based on what he told me.... so he has time to put funds back into the kitty after release of his other project/s.
At that time he will need to actually order & collect...
- Graflex Clamps
- D-Rings
He still needs to send our clampcards (which have been made) to Slothfurnace for weathering.
I have been trying to create traction- just to get this prioritized and done (well) for you guys... especially for those who have already paid leading into and after the major problems with the UK machinist.
For those of you seeking refunds I am still actively tagging and advocating for that for you... I am truly sorry for the length of delay. Trust me when I say I understand the frustration.
From my direct end- I have to apologize for the overall delay and problems that have occurred. Had I known the path would have been like this a lot of choices would have been made differently on Adam's and my end. We continue to learn about the reasons and circumstances surround the delays and funding problems Lewis has been navigating.
Some know this, but neither Adam or I have received tangible compensation from our labor or design on the MoM runs, MoM Crystal Chambers (and obviously the V2). We were supposed to.
Following the problems with the UK Machinist we have been reliant on Lewis to right the ship and continue to use his (new) investor capital to push through. Obviously, many of our peers here, on TheRPF, Facebook, and elsewhere invested their money into this run- and that is the primary reason we continue to work with Lewis / 7Chambers to finish the run.
Had we received the agreed compensation for prior sales we would be the first to step in and make these final payments.
As it stands, Lewis has half of the machined parts in hand and all the capital asset to finish... So we are subject to waiting for him to give his full attention to THIS run.
As an important sidebar:
Many of you have noticed that the VeracityLabs.Store has been offline.
Adam and I requested that it be taken offline.
The decision was made at the beginning of the year after reviewing the partnership and determining that Adam and I would prefer, for the time being; that in lieu of not receiving any compensation for 5 years of sales on our designs, support, and agreements and after a grace period with no traction- we had to insist that the sales of our design be placed on hold until he or I can physically take on the inventory of our own design.
That transfer hasn't happened yet.
We had also noticed- customers were still able to login and purchase items like complete MoM Heroes. An item that Lewis had not ordered enough of to fill all orders.
So, as of the grace period and discussions from earlier this year: The V2 FX will be the final offering of Veracity Lab's collaboration.
Lewis and his financier have committed to completing the run.
Once assembled he should fulfill all units that were pre- ordered, and those with Wells Weathering service.
Adam or I am anticipating taking all additional units and fulfilling them ourselves. That would include our agreement to take on remaining Veracity Labs Crystal Chambers, MoM *PARTS*, and the remaining V2s.
Frankly- that is a lot. It is still a partial picture. But I do feel that it is of the utmost importance that customers actually have visibility on what is going on.

Ok, so if a refund is requested, is it you or Lewis we have to go through to get it, thanks
It would need to be completed by Lewis- so direct messaging him is necessary. I can be CC’d for 3rd party accountability… there are several who opted to ‘sell’ their pre order and lewis also needs to be in direct communication on those. (So far I believe that is the case)
