Yeah not sure how all that negativity started. No monies were taken from us, covid was causing major delays in manufacturing and massive daily life disruption worldwide and then once the pandemic receded everything took time to ramp up again AND THE MOST IMPORTANT THING MONIES WERE NEVER TAKEN FROM US. Yet people were harping there was no Tricorder...go figure.

But I am glad this thread has turned to excitement and praise and eager anticipation!

There's some JPL ones on fleabay, but they're uproariously expensive ($459) and the cylinder wobbles in the video. So... no.

I think until the right med scanner comes along, I'll just drop in the science scanner from my DST tricorder.

As an income stream maybe The Wand Co could release the scanner (s) in a year or 2.

A nice medical scanner in the $100-150 range would be welcome. The science scanner could be done for much less.

Of course this is all predicated on licensing issues.

I have that one too and I just hope it fits. It does not fit in my MR Tricorder.
