The Wand Company TOS Tricorder is coming!

Hey anyone know why I keep getting the message from amazon that they don't dispatch to my delivery location here in the U.S specifically New York CIty? What's up with that??????

It means they're not selling any right now, till they get more stock built up, hopefully in a week. You'll keep seeing messages like not shipping to your location, not available, etc., until they reopen for sales to people who get the email invite.

Below…Not to thrilled about TWC not designing in a hood backstop within the hinge feature mechanism……you’ll have to hold the hood with your hand/fingers from rotating while pressing buttons…..that’s somewhat evident as you can see while they are pressing buttons in the rest of the vid..there’s gotta be a hack for that and be able to mod in a stop.

If I understood what they said in this clip….



An example of the hood freely rotating until stabilized with the hand/fingers….because of the lack of an internal hinge stop.



Speculation….split fingers bracing the hood from rotating…..

My obsessive need to RTFM on this thing has turned up something I hadn't noticed till now, and as far as I know, Wand has never said a word about it. There's a button labeled "Service" on the Settings screen. I wonder what that does?

Starfleet Command has an audio clip of Sulu telling the player to read the fine manual. Would be handy here. ;)
