I've heard "near the end of March" and "second week of April" at different times. Nothing confirmed, as far as I know. I wish they would nail it down. I want to re-watch all the previous films in quick succession with my wife (who hasn't seen No Way Home) prior to the release of the disc, and it would really help with the timing for that if I knew when it was coming out.
The only thing I've heard reliably reported is that the physical release will feature 100 minutes or so worth of bonus material, including a half-dozen or so deleted scenes.
I have also heard they were originally going to shoot the major death scene in an ambulance ride on the way to the hospital, but COVID restrictions wouldn't allow shooting in such a restricted set; thus, it was re-conceived into what we got. Another thing I heard recently was that the major villain was originally not going to be Green Goblin, but rather one of the others that is still in the film. Possibly related is the assertion that there was one of those actors who was more difficult to get signed for the film, and that it "wasn't who you'd think." Speculation was that this may have been Rhys Ifans, who essentially only provided voice work for the movie. Sandman and Doc Ock don't seem to fit due their arcs in the film, and Jamie Foxx was likely the first to sign on, so it probably wasn't him either.
