Spider-Man: No Way Home

I wonder if mysterio is still alive…
Before the movie came out I thought that Mysterio was pretending to be Dr.Strange trying to get to Peter again, perhaps lure him toward the Sinister Six that he had meanwhile gathered.Oh well, lots to come and I'm up for it.Preferably Kingpin: Goliath vs. webslinger

I would have liked that!

I'm late to the party. But better late then never, right?

My wife and I just got back from seeing it. Yeah, not bad, I'd give it a 7 1/2. I liked seeing the three of them together. And it felt like the other two got some closure. Particularly since their last respective film, were a bit of stinker.

The villains, were great of course. But I couldn't help but feel that somebody else did all the work to make a villains what they were.

The music was so much fun. I love how Michael includes a bit of everyone's theme.

what did you score end game?

Oh boy that was awhile ago .....I wanna say about the same 7ish or 8. It was those stupid "America's Ass" jokes that got me. I was laughing uncontrollably. Probably laughing way more then I had any right to.

But this film, gosh darn Andrew Garfield's Spider-Man catching MJ......someone was cutting onions..... and I don't even like The Amazing Spider-Man 2 that much....

i ask because i liked it better then end game, but im a huge spiderman and green goblin fan.. so im bias on it

I still haven't seen it yet but my daughter loved it. Her initial reaction was "AWESOME!" but it's faded down to really good. I think she ranked it a 9 when she got home from the theater but now she puts it at a 7. Reminds me of my first watch of TFA, overcome by nostalgia, then rational thought resumes. ;)

Yeah surprisingly I still think it’s the best movie they have done yet

So the end suit/costume - it was a combination of the other two Spidey suits? In the theater it did look a lot more blue that the previous red/blue version. Does anyone have a picture of it being displayed anywhere? Archlight?

any news on when this will be on bluray?
I've heard "near the end of March" and "second week of April" at different times. Nothing confirmed, as far as I know. I wish they would nail it down. I want to re-watch all the previous films in quick succession with my wife (who hasn't seen No Way Home) prior to the release of the disc, and it would really help with the timing for that if I knew when it was coming out.

The only thing I've heard reliably reported is that the physical release will feature 100 minutes or so worth of bonus material, including a half-dozen or so deleted scenes.

I have also heard they were originally going to shoot the major death scene in an ambulance ride on the way to the hospital, but COVID restrictions wouldn't allow shooting in such a restricted set; thus, it was re-conceived into what we got. Another thing I heard recently was that the major villain was originally not going to be Green Goblin, but rather one of the others that is still in the film. Possibly related is the assertion that there was one of those actors who was more difficult to get signed for the film, and that it "wasn't who you'd think." Speculation was that this may have been Rhys Ifans, who essentially only provided voice work for the movie. Sandman and Doc Ock don't seem to fit due their arcs in the film, and Jamie Foxx was likely the first to sign on, so it probably wasn't him either.
