Just got this image from Fahdi, what do you guys think to this jacket?

I didn’t really specify which collar design I was going for to Fahdi but yeah it does look mostly like jacket 2’s collar. Which collar design did you go for?

Unfortunality not. I writed with fahdi over 1 month ago and he said that i should give him 2 weeks to finish my jacket because he didnt want that the tailors rush with finishing it and that this time everything is perfect. I said to him that this is no problem and they didnt need to rush. I waited 3 weeks and than i ask him for an update but he didnt responded. Waited 1 another week and writed him again, he didnt responded. Now 2 Days ago i writed them on instagram and asked for an update and why fahdi didnt responded on whatsapp, didnt get an answer until yet.

for me the issue isn’t even necessarily the time it takes to make the jacket. i understand the quality assurance they go through and i respect it. However, the lack of communication for paying customers is not something that’s okay. not saying they have to live by their phones answering every customers questions, but not getting back to people until weeks later is not ok in my eyes

Yeah you are completely right and i would never demand that from them. It would be no Problem for me when they need more time to finish my jacket. I prefer it when they need longer and then the details are perfect this time but i asked the third time now for an update and even if its an short update it would be no problem for me but not answering me since 2 weeks now is incomprehensible for me.

right. call fahdi and text him at least once every 1-2 days at this point. the majority of the time that i’ve talked to him has been because i reached out, not because he reached out to me

Yeah i know. I don't really want to do this because I don't want to be pushy/harassing but if I don't hear something from him in the next few days then I have no choice and I have to do it like this.

you’re not being pushy or harassing don’t think of it that way. you’re a paying customer who bought their services and you’re trying to follow up with them after they had told you they would check in with you at a certain date and they didn’t.

Yes you are right with that. I will wait until tomorrow evening now and if i didnt hear something from him i will do it like you said it, there is no other choice for me.

I finally get a message from fahdi. He said he was very busy at the moment because he setting up their new factory and expanding the team. My Jacket will be finished on friday and then i will get a video and photos from it.

Yeah that’s the only downside with suzahdi the communication is abysmal it sometimes takes Fahdi weeks before he reply’s to me, I understand they’re busy, especially at this time of year, but it is frustrating.

What is the status of your jacket? Cause mine was all ready and he was about to ship it, then he just went radio silent and it’s been weeks since I’ve heard anything from them.

He said to me that they expect to finish my jacket on friday and then i will get a video and photos from it before shipping it to me.

Do you have the phone number from fahdi? If so write him on whatsapp or call him. You can also message the suzahdi account on instagram. You can do this until you get an answer from him. For me this worked.

Fahdi actually ended up emailing me like 5 days ago saying he was going to ship the jacket and he was going to send me the tracking details. I still haven’t received a tracking number yet though. Did Fahdi end up sending you any photos or a video?
