Sorry man I never even realised you replied to me, thanks dude I really love the jacket and feel it fits really well, I will be honest in saying I just wasn't comfortable with the sizing of the shoulders it felt way too boxy, I'm glad I didn't go with a bigger size because it would have been worse.
I've took my jacket into the tailors to get the shoulders adjusted and the sleeves also, because they are just way too long and I think that might cause the issue of making the shoulders look boxy too as it's bunching up a fair bit around the bicep area when I have the buttons closed on the cuff, when they are uncuffed its fine the shoulders look more rounded and its relaxed. The tailor is taking 3 inches off the sleeves and that still brings the end of the cuff to my knuckles, kinda proves how long they were. And bringing the shoulders in an inch n half, the guy told me 2 weeks so I'm hoping it's ready by the upcoming Tuesday which is bang on the 2nd week.
I'll give you updated pictures when I get it and hopefully it helps with sizing for anyone else. I do appreciated your kind comments, but it just bothered me so much that I didn't feel comfortable in it at all, maybe it was in my head, but I'm very picky with clothing and the way things look on me if I don't feel comfortable I just won't wear it, and I've been wanting this jacket for so long that biting the bullet and spending that much money for it I want it to be right, so getting the tailor to adjust it helps my brain in saying, yup that looks good. Is worth it imo, plus it's only an extra £50 for all the adjustments.
But maybe your right if I waited it might have became a bit more rounded but I feel it should be like that from the get-go. Yeh suede is a leather than needs broken in but the jacket should sit rounded on the shoulders, for example, I do have another jacket I bought a while back from a different supplier its not screen accurate like this jacket but, it fits perfectly everywhere apart from the chest it's a bit tight (reason i dont wear it), but the shoulders are rounded and there's no boxyness at all and that was from day 1 when I took it out of the packaging so wasnt broken it, I feel it is definitely down to the design of this new jacket I'd say, it's like they put too much excess on the back shoulder area, bit on the chest and the sleeve bicep area just looks big, it bunches up and makes them pointy, so hindsight I should have gotten the XS.
I'll share pictures of the other jacket when I get a moment to show you.
