I don't have the email anymore. Are you sure you contacted the right company (Ideal Fastener)? I ask because your screenshot says UGG Originals
Edit: Contact | IDEAL Fastener Corporation this is the contact site of ideal fastener. Search for the country what is the nearest to you and contact them. I contacted the email what is the nearest to my country and they replied to me, i didnt do anything more.
