Damn but Infinity Ward are just getting my goat.So it seems that the party invites multiplayer problem was a global deal so they released a patch today for it which I downloaded or else it signs you out of PSN.And now?Well be damned if I can't get onto online multiplayer AT ALL.Cannot connect to any game or server and I could do that this morning.So their patch to fix the invite problem has just made things even worse.What a bloody disaster.And they said they didnt need to beta test........

Sucks that you guys are having that problem. Not to try and start a PS3 vs. 360 debate, but I'm not having any online play issues at all, aside from getting killed a lot. I'm sure they'll have it fixed soon.

Yeah, but one thing I noticed about the riot shield guys is that they tend to stay in small cramped spaces, making it difficult to get around them. Still though, I just need to improve my skill level.
Biggest problem with the 360 right now is that you can't have party chat in team games. What a joke. I don't want to listen to eight year olds curse at me. If they don't fix this, they don't get any more money from me.
Aside from that, I love the game.

If you dig around there was a dev interview that said they did no party/team chat so the other side would know if your calling out their location while dead. And I have to agree that the dumbing down of pc games to the console game level control wise is bull.

I never saw any of the video previews, just read about how disturbing it was. I played through that entire level with my jaw wide open and my head shaking. I've watched a lot of stuff in films that most people find disturbing, but this might be the most disturbing.

Honestly, I didn't expect it! I had stayed away from all spoilers and reviews. When I was warned at the beginning of the game I was just like "yeah whatever I shoot a terrorist in the balls or something."
I guess really, it's no worse than anything you see in a GTA game but maybe it's just the context of it in this game.

Yeah, I think it's more graphic and disturbing than anything in a GTA game. I play all the GTA games and this was the first time I was actually disturbed by something in a video game. I was expecting like a plane to fly into a building or some terrorist attack in the US. I was not expecting that. I wanted to shoot the bad guy in the head so bad while it was happening.
That level got me too. I know it's not real, but for some reason it's okay to shoot digital bad guys, but when they're innocents, it's unsettling.

the campaign is pretty cool. The airport level was surprising..
But I am getting a little tired of hearing the helicopters were running out of fuel and we have to rush..In the previous modern warfare..You heard it like 5-6 times..Im on the first act and heard it about 3-4 times already..Seriously, they cant think of anything else

Saw a few of my buddies on last night, but didn't join in. Sorry about that guys, I just want to beat the campaign first. I am seriously rusty. I can't believe John beat the game in six hours. That's amazing, and just goes to show how lousy I'm getting at gaming in my old age. I used to whip through this things too.

Actually I miscounted. It was 5 hours 18 minutes. The game told me so. I think it's too short.
