yeah ive been in many games and it sucks it takes out all the fun, but to do it is much easier than described. You get your carepackage, then with care package grenade out go to an obsticle that says "press A to jump" as your jumping across the obsticle. When you get to the top if you pull out the smoke grenade real fast then you have done it.

You call in the package, pic it up and use it, then magically you have another package, just rinse and repeat for infinate packages.

It sucks but, if I get into a match with someone doing it I will certainly give it back to them.

Yeah, that does suck. Then I know why they were complaining. I had called in a Harrier at 7 kills, and have my killstreaks set to have a Pave-Low come in at 9 kills. The bombs killed two giving me the Pave-Low, so it may have looked like there was something fishy going on. Maybe not, though, I've seen a lot of people use that set up, you can rack up kills that way with a one two punch.

Same here, I do Predator, Harrier, and Pavelow....its the most wicked combo I've had yet. I still wanna get me a nuke though. But everytime I nuke on, I dont get crap for kills.

There is a glitch, where if you get a care package or an emergency airdrop, you do a combo of moves. Its pretty ridiculous. Because its nothing but constant harriers the whole game....so guys are getting kills from all their packages they call in.

A patch addressing this particular grievance and a few other annoyances (care marker commandos) should be up sometime this week once it passes certification; while I don’t come across these exploits as frequently the few times I do its slightly irksome.

Hey all, I've been playing with the random parties for a couple weeks now and it's a royal pain to get consistent teams or into any kind of a groove.

Typically a win or loss will rely on positioning and team cohesion, running alone usually dissolves into coming into games where your team is behind with a 5400 deficit and you can only do so much on your own from that point; it wouldn’t be a bad idea organizing a MW2 night soon.

It’s been awhile since we had a few of us together and I’m a tad nostalgic for the days of yore where Jim and Jose would continuously stab each other while Jeff plucked a few headshots from 300 yards down, ah memories.:lol

I still wanna get me a nuke though. But everytime I nuke on, I dont get crap for kills.

I hear you - I had a 28 killstreak on the RunDown map, and thought I had my nuke equipped but didn't. Talk about being disappointed...

My highest streak so far has been 15, after a predator missle, harrier strike, and ac130. People keep finding me just after I get the ac130 going. Although, I think I like the attack helicopter more.

here are my tips for getting the nuke, im not that great of a player but this has worked for me to get 5 nukes, although it seems it has been alot harder to get them lately.
I use the ACR with a nube tube, claymores and stun grenades, scanger pro, stopping power or danger close, and usually commando or ninja. Play Domination and camp a spot over looking the B flag, set up a clay more behind you and use your nube tubes then use your gun to guard the flag, if your claymore blows pick up the bag from scavenger and set a new claymore, then use your tubes again.

If you are happy with the ACRs power I would suggest danger close pro as your second perk because it will make your air support more powerful. I used this to get a 41 kill streak on Favela.

That is like my killstreak. I basically held down a block in Karachi and was accused of camping. It was a whole city block and they could not kill me for those kills. The AC-130 is good because you just switch weapons while they reload, look for the guy trying to lock onto you and chaingun him to death.

Any team that can’t handle a single emplaced individual while continually funneling themselves back to said location for there ill conceived reprisal evidentially isn’t exactly Mensa material and summarily have only themselves to blame. The corpulent fellow at the other end of the headset bellowing at me in the lobby with his cheeto laden stubby fingers clinched firmly around his controller spewing expletives won’t gain my ire or my sympathy because my headset is thankfully set for friends only.

The setup Tyler mentioned is more than sufficient especially in domination for nukes; which is why I steer clear of objective games lol, running danger close pro increases the splash radius of a predator missile to the near equivalent of the AC-130’s 105mm cannon; when used in tandem with harriers and chopper gunner its absolutely devastating.

That's my favorite thing to do! Though, Ive seen some guys who move so fast, it's almost if I had a lag! I need to figure that one out, I'm already using Marathon Pro and Lightweight Pro.

I did manage to kill an entire team in 10 seconds last week, but that was suing the Harrier and Pave-Low at the same time.

That's the exact reason I slowly drifted away from this game. I was constantly getting thrown in the losing team on a terribly one sided fight. Well, that and the fact that if enough people cry loud enough IW will make all the guns totally useless...

It's just not much fun anymore.:unsure

well i started using the carepackage glitch agains the same idiots last night. I can't wait till they put that patch in effect and get rid of it. its gonna be funny to see how awful those players are when they cant cheat.

Now see, the thing I've found, is you just gotta learn the different players.

You have the run and stabbers/dual 1887, You have the noob tubers, you have the sit back and campers, you have the run around like a chicken with head cut off-ers, then you have just all around good players.

For the run and stabbers, double claymores....best you can do really. The only other real remedy for that is the dual 1887.

Noob Tube, do the same, or just make sure to have a devistatingly damaging weapon like a LMG with stopping power. HBAR with stopping power and steady aim with a foregrip is my favorite noob tube stopper.

For the campers, you gotta either camp yourself, or get good at running and tubing. My strategy is if you know where thecamper is sitting, strife back and forth between to points of cover and gauge your 203 distance, and then while he is tryin to center on you, BOOM! nail his A to the floor with a 40mm HE Round. Flashes and Stuns are good too....to get close and flash, stab.

For the ones who just run around, the best bet is take the weapon your best with and pick em off...

And then the good players...just learn from them, watch their kill cams and techniques and mimic them.

last night I was playin with some people who were using the carepackage glitch, me and my buddy were complaining about it and some kid on my team butts in with his opinion. He said he was going to use the glitch, we told him he was a newb and it was cheating. This was his response, "its strategy if instead of one care package I can get 100, if I find it an advantage its not cheating its strategy." First we told him he was an idiot, then we explained that if a baseball player corked his bat or took performance enhancing drugs it was cheating, it was an advantage to him but it was still cheating. If it made it harder for him to play nobody would care, but since it makes him super powerful its cheating.

Stupid kids.
