Some props of Starcourt Mall. Paper props not seen on screen, but I think these were official releases:
The image from the flyer is from an ad made for Starcourt Mall:
And this is the image used:
The size of the flyer is 221 x 90 mm, while the construction announcement is a standard LTR (279 x 216 mm).
And some props seen on screen, but are not quite paper props, so we'll call them digital props (the 1st 2 images are screencaps, while the next 2 images are photos taken by fans on set or from a video):
The Mall Directory is pretty big (around 1200 x 850 mm) and you can download a hi-res version here ==> StarCourt Mall Directory.png. The mall program is around 400 x 220 mm. You have the white on black background and white and black variants on transparent backgrounds. Note that the white variant has a thin gray contour for proofs sake.
Everything you see was made from scratch, while the photo from the flyer was enhanced with a bit of slight contrast and color saturation and the now mandatory Topaz Photo AI treatment (sharpen and upscale).

I also did some research on those books Karen reads in seasons 2 and 3. And because I have found the book from season 2 on the Hero Prop site (sold auction) I did my version of the cover:
The book from season 3 (at the pool scene) is actually a redressed book written by William W. Johnstone and is called Winchester 1887:
That particular page from Winchester 1887 was taken from Google Books for proofs sake.
This book was based on this one:
The text on the back looks to be the same slightly rearranged so this is an easy task; the biggest problem is the front cover...
I made the cover to fit this book and the measurement is 234 x 170 mm. I'll see if I can do the one from season 3.

Managed to do the 2nd book from season 3. The front cover image is poor quality (Topaz Photo AI can't do miracles so far), but the rest was made with accurate font, the barcode and EAN taken from the original Heart of Thunder, and all the fancy writing was vectorized:

It’s from season 4 episode 8 “papa” and the timestamp is 1:25:18 when the hawkins group are trying to look for music while Nancy is in a trance.
