As with everything, look hard enough and you will find the answer.

I really want to have the handles as a part of the lids and not a separate part that gets glued on later on.

So I have to MOD the tool yet again.

I have re-drawn the parts in sketch up and here is what I hope the final product looks like.

5 main parts plus a few connecting parts.
