I'm pretty sure both sides. It would look odd on just one side.

Anyone have a readily available source for appropriately sized plastic domes to cover the vents?
These domes look like a small carriage boot head. What’s everyone using? Thanks

I'm not convinced there are clear domes over the vents, half the time I'm not even convinced there's a metal dome/bolt holding the thing on.
I don't see any domes here, just something backing on the inside of the mask:
These Leia shot looks pretty translucent to me:
This Han shot could show a reflection, but also looks pretty translucent:
But then ones like this look pretty metallic:
The nose is pretty shiny there too, and we know that's clear. I haven't seen anything that convinces me that there are transparent domes over the top, but there are definitely some shots where that could be the case. It's enough to make you go a bit crazy!
Edit: Now I'm seeing a dome on the image-left vent in the first screenshot, but not on the right one. The extra layer of transparency would lead to different reflections, it could look like metal in some shots. Ugh.

I'm convinced they're transparent myself. I do like the way it looks though with the metal under the dome
they just need to come out with a detailed encyclopedia of screen used original trilogy star wars props so i can get more sleep

I’ve actually been considering putting replaceable carbon filter discs of some kind on top of or beneath the vents to make it easier to breathe, and keep it COVID-compliant.
I finally finished my biker scout helmet. Kinda just want that to be covid compliant. I wear it around the house often enough

By my measurements, none of the spoons on that site will fit quite perfectly, but I've yet to find a better option.
