Mynock cave - Falcon Oxygen Mask

Oh... My...

GAWD!!!!

I mentioned these would be cool as covid masks back on page FOUR only 3 months ago. I forgot about them and a couple days ago I'm watching empire with my 2 year old and the mynock scene comes on... Im like oh yeah!
I come check on this thread and its a BLISTERING 19 PAGES NOW!!!!
Boy have I been missing out!!!
Man... I need to get to ordering some parts!

As for not being able to breathe in them very well...
Is there a way to maybe put a bunch of holes in the bottom of the sparklets tank?
I know it would ruin the accuracy but I'm going for practical use. I'm thinking like an old spin dial telephone earpeice pattern of holes. Maybe even just a mesh screen?
That would make it way easier to breathe.
And exposed vents on the mask would kinda defeat the covid compliance. Again, less accurate but more practical.
I need to go back through this thread and really gather some parts!

YOU GUYS ARE ALL AWESOME!!!
really incredible work here! All of you!

Just to throw a large spanner in things. (slight derailment)
Since several folks on here want this mask for wearing in public there is another version.
The amber version Jyn has in Rogue One.

While trying to figure out where the hose goes to, all the action figures have it end inside the side pouch (tool wrap?) that is attached to the bandoleer she wears.
The up side is if you leave out the large assembly that looks like a blaster and seal the bottom of the bag (wrap?) you can use it to carry stuff (think Indy bag)

I’m going to test some stuff to make the canister “functional” once I have all my bits ready... I may have a way to keep things COVID-compliant for everyone... It’ll be an interesting experiment either way... haha.

I like where the last couple ideas are headed...
A tube with a simple mesh cage on the end inside a pocket or satchel could work VERY nicely. Or even into a backpack. I have a decent off the shelf close proximity of lukes dagobah backpack I wear to galaxys edge, I could plumb my mask into that no problem.
BUT!
how cool would it look to see that canister clipped to said bag???

Cameron just informed me that I sent too many pairs of googles, so we‘re having 8 spare vents FS

please get in touch with me, if you are interested

goggles/ vents are already in the USA

Hey! So I am looking to make one of these not necessarily exact accuracy but if any of you guys have a completed parts list of what was used so I can figure out alternatives and if you are in the US and know where to buy in store or order online, please let me know. It would be much appreciated!

If you´re looking for the vents in the USA, Cameron is holding two spare goggles (8 vents) from me...PM me if interested

Here it is! May tweak a few more minor details, but this is ready for a test print. Can anyone provide some length, width (circumference), height measurements for the tank, please? I especially need it in sections... ie sparkletts top, main body cylinder, and the base of the cylinder where it starts to round out... Thanks in advance!

Ryan Clinton I’ve honestly been having trouble with those. I’ll take another crack at ‘em today... Do we for sure know they’re on both sides, or is it just the one? I’m assuming it’s both...
