I think they mean from QMX. they have a disclaimer:
Canadian and Australian Customers: We are unable to ship to your country because of import restrictions on firearms replicas. Please note: If you purchase this product from us, it will be removed from your order.
I'm from Canada so I have this problem too, but I managed to get one at a convention where US retailers had brought some up for sale.
