One of the original functioning Glaives from the movie is going up for auction and Adam Savage got a hands on early look.

Makes me think I might not use so bright a white in my painting.

The runes on this glaive kit are recessed! So, you just have to fill them in with some black ink or paint...Great pics. Too bad the runes have rubbed off. Otherwise this would be an awesome reference tot finish this kit.
