I'm estimating a price for a kit with one pontoon part will be $184.
I will be finishing up the sight part and posting photos of it tonight. That part will be $20 each.
Again, if any one wants to be removed from the waiting list for the kits, please post a reply. If you're ready to pre-pay for a kit, I can accept orders starting today. Otherwise, I will update the post once the kits and remaining parts are ready to be shipped.

Also, I have placed a bulk order for the COAX reducers, so I can include these as optional parts for the kits if anyone needs them.

I was able to make this part faster than the previous version, so I will be able to drop the price from $15 to $10 if this works for every one.
My original idea was to completely machine the rod - gluing the parts to the ends - but this method may not require glue.

I received the coax reducers today and they look great.
I am more than half way done with the barrel extensions and should have them completed by this weekend.

Getting close to finishing off the barrel extensions. I think adding a small set screw to the bottom is going to be very useful for installation.

I started machining the rear sights today. So far, so good. 
I'm expecting to have the rear sights completed this weekend.
Next week the kits will be ready and I will start contacting those on the waiting list for payments.

The rear sights are done. The price for a standard kit will be $150.
The kit doesn't include the trigger guard and it looks as if most everyone on the lists is interested in that part. I will be working on a trigger guard prototype next week.
