Hello everyone just getting over being extremely sick. Both my wife and I. The color has been somewhat frustrating to achieve. Looking at the archive photos, screen photos and prop book refrence photos im getting 3 totally different shades of color on the bezel and painted parts.. So I'm going to have to pick one and go with it. Here are 2 different samples.

It appears to be lighter in the archive photos and almost a khaki brown in my prop book refrence photos. Its very difficult to tell in the screencaps.

Looks great! Option 2 with the tan looks how I always picture it in my head. Though it may be that certain references stick in our mind more than others.

Yes, I apologize for the delay there are updates. We have been juggling several different projects at once. However have been continually working on this one. Tons of sanding with the bezel pieces. The paint color has been finalized. I have taken it upon myself to weather each piece (patina) as the real part would look even though it will be painted as the screen used prop is. I was able to see images of the back of the prop so I can paint match the weathering which is mostly topical (painted on). Also we matched the correct installation of the mesh.

Also tracked down and recieved the proper springs and ball bering for the cylinder piece in the control company toggle switch

Also finally discovered how the rubber was installed on this thing!

that is going to look awesome, great work!
and awesome for the rubber! that looks exactly like it's supposed to look, glad it worked with what we did with the metal part!
