I also think it's #14. However, it is difficult to believe that this part was cut out for the purpose of using it in this place. It is acceptable if the cut half is used somewhere else.

Maybe the cut part on top of the cockpit tube? It’s not my idea, I think John has mentioned it but I forgot where and when.
Would fit, since it is close by.
I think you've solved it with the Yardley McLaren #14 theory -- further evidence that they recycled and "used everything" that was available. This was my theory about the "missing parts" for the engine nacelles for the Y-Wing that are also used on the engine louvers of the Falcon.
I've updated the starboard front quarter map as well as the top hull center.

I checked the length of this part. The Nashorn was too short.
And I found this with the perfect length.

Sorry, Phantom's sprue and Harrier's sprue were mixed on the desk. This greeblies is a 1/24 Harrier. Thank you for pointing it out!
Updated with the new parts and some other corrections
