Because I sent my inquiry to both the site and to Customer Service, I believe Chis removed my post there and responded to me directly by email just 15 min ago - aka 2:15 am London time (Love Chris and his dedication!). He said "I think your issue is a combination of a tolerance stack and a slightly weaker motor." So he said he believes it's "a return issue" ie TWC "will replace it with a new one." So Chris is getting that process started for me.
I posting this here because I hope it will prompt boatman to contact TWC as well about his issue (if he hasn't already), since it sounds like his is the same problem.
