The Wand Company TOS Tricorder is coming!

TWC will control the horizontal. TWC will control the vertical. TWC can roll the image, make it flutter. TWC can change the focus to a soft blur or sharpen it to crystal clarity. TWC just cannot get Amazon to sell it to US customers.

We are in control of when the listing goes live, once the stock is in place. Currently we have the listing turned off. We also have it turned off in the UK even though the stock is ready there. This is to hopefully mitigate against the distortion of third party resellers buying up stick in the UK and offering it at very high prices to desperate US customers. Once the stock is in place and and we are sure that we have enough for another invite in the US , the Uk and some other amounts in Europe, we will turn on the listing and send out another invite. The listing will not just go live when it wants.

From his post it's Wand that is is in control of when the listing will go live , not Amazon .

A question for those that have had the tricorder for a few weeks.

How often do you play with it now? And please be honest.

More than once a day?
Once a day?
Every few days?
Once a week?
Played with it the first few days, now it sits on the shelf.
Once daily. Hey, I gotta check the barometric pressure

But there are those important words. "once the stock is in place." Amazon's in charge of placing its stock, and TWC is quite reasonably waiting till Amazon tells them that the stock is all placed at its various warehouses and fulfillment centers.

One guy just posted over at the Wand Tricorder blog and outright admitted he just bought one on eBay for twice the price. He said he couldn't wait anymore and was impatient. .lol ....

Yes and no.

The reason the tricorder is not on sale yet is because the stock is not where TWC wants it. This is to prevent what happened at Amazon UK.
It was up, then down, then occasionally back up.
Chris has explained this, more than once.

And we don't know how many trics (if any) have made it through Amazons input process.

From what Chris has said I'm guessing zero.
The 12+ pallets are probably sitting in an Amazon truck or warehouse waiting to be put in the Amazon system.
