Well...here's the finished foam helmet. Once I start the suit (couple months?) I will start another thread and post the wip on this helmet with it. Hope you approve!

Well... repainted the suit to go with the new helmet.... Now it's officially all constructed by me.... and all foam.....

It was a test fit.... repainted it, then airbrushed the details, then said I have to see it on!!!!
