Yes that;s totally fine. By then I'll have a cast brass prototype version of option A (I know it's confusing since A will eventually be the gold plated brushed cast stainless steel) to share.

Does the cheaper iris have the same dots and brass underneath, just a different looking iris?

It has more dots, smaller dots, and is not the same exact size. It probably has brass underneath too, but I haven't checked.

Oh man, this looks soooo cool! I'm down for the $165 zero aperture version. The elliptical opening is more screen accurate, but I personally like how the circular opening looks. Put me down for a size 11. I'll get the payment sent by the end of the week.

Totally fine but please understand that if you want size 9, it'll have to be the gold plated steel version as I'm not making m/any variations for the Option B version.
