This is a beautiful project, but with my limited knowledge of vader, I wonder why your BR face from a UK mold has a large chin vent. From what I've know the UK mold made from ANH face has a smaller chin vent. Even the CFO mentioned has a small chin vent ???
 
The original BR has a small chin vent? and we made it into the BR Jedi you can see it in the picture?
