The clear part for the end cap has been laser cut from Perpex and fits perfectly. I love precision made parts

Just got the quote in for the rolled body and lid master parts. Better than I expected

UPDATE: Still have not got around to ordering the rolled aluminium master parts for the lids and body yet, but did have some large diameter PVC pipe laying around that I was able to heat and reshape to fit the machined end cap.

Update: The aluminium master parts have been ordered and paid for today. I am hoping to have these by Friday (today is Tuesday).

The plastic I am going to be using should be much be MUCH lighter than the PVC pipe (shown above) or the aluminium parts I am using as master parts.

That other Tube Bag I made from PVC is very heavy. This will be lighter, I am sure.
