"NEW TESB" YODA head (Completed)

As seen in the bottom picture... I've modified the EAR.... CHIN.... CHEEK BONES and LOWER EYELID (in photoshop) to bring it into line with the changes on the comparrision picture. Please not though that the head is angled a bit more towards the camera and the stretch factor of the neck shouldn't be taken into account as the sculpture is not designed to look up, as pictured here.

Yoda got a small nose job too. I can't tell about the cheekbones, but the ear and the chin look much more accurate.

As the Beatles song says "It's getting better all the time."

The neck looks like it might be too skinny, and the back part of the head, from where the neck connects to it, looks like it should be more rounded and "less defined", possibly caused from when the production head was tilted up in that picture.?. Also, as already stated the chin does look too "squared off" other than that, it looks fantastic.

This is my observation of it... The foam latex neck on the puppet changes shape as the chin goes up... much like how a human neck does... you check in the mirror and see. As I keep saying this sculpt is really designed to look forward not up like that so its not entirely fair to compare it to be spot on with the reference image... I'm only really going to change the ears, cheek bones, jowls and chin...

Look closely at the way in which the wrinkles on the neck have been pulled appart as the rubber stretches.

Hey Phil,
I'd take a look at the lower eye lid and the bags under the lower eye lid. Just mentioning it in case you didn't already know it.

Hiya...

After a month long lay-off, working on various other commisions, I've kick started this project again.

Heres the front view as its currentlt stands... More views later in the week as i complete various areas of the sculpt.
