i Just found like 5 3D Printing services in Georgia and only 3 of those are within 30 miles or below. I’m not backing out on this awesome Mask so I’m waiting till they reopen so that I can take a closer look at one of their locations. I gave them a call about info on their 3D Printing service and said depending on what material I want, they can make this mask a Flexible type Plastic or as hard as football helmets which is kinda cool. I think I’ll go with somewhere in between or the football helmet material, geez it’ll be siiiiiiiick...

we already linked the website, the 3d file is being sold for 23 dollars, if you wanna make it yourself you can use blender 'cause that's all i know of but that'd be pretty difficult

Its been a long time since i posted here, But i would like to clarify a few things. Sorry i haven't been around to answer questions. But it seems like you’ve been doing alright for yourselves.
first off, a few of the items linked on eBay are close to the screen used counterparts, but are not exact. Which if you’re like me, nothing less then 100% accuracy is acceptable when possible.
For starters, the are the actual gloves are oakleys.

Now on to the main point. The mask.
The 3D file i posted and you guys subsequently found, was originally commissioned by me through AfactoryAirsoft on etsy for about the same price WCKD stated a couple pages ago.
Amusingly enough i originally commissioned this all the way back in May 9, 2019 and i'm still waiting for the final product to arrive...
After several months of delays they sent me the "Prototype" which looked to be the same version they sold to member WCKD. I wasn't satisfied with the accuracy of the Prototype and requested some major changes for the finale version. They eventually finished the finale version and mailed it to me. but once again, it was unfortunately delayed by customs and sent back to AfactoryAirsoft. by the time it arrived back Russia had apparently put quarantine restrictions in place and so they haven't been able to mail me the final version yet...
Its been a long road to completing my first and only real project on this forum but i'm hopeful that when the final version of the mask arrives it will have all been worth it. And i will be eventually posting pictures when the costume is fully assembled.
I should clarify that despite the tremendous amount of delays, AfactoryAirsoft has been nothing but courteous and helpful throughout. he even sent me a free mask of my choice from his store as an apology for the delays. So he comes highly recommended from me.
This is the prototype mask i was sent. what i assume is the same version WCKD received Which I'll be listing on ebay or the market place here shortly, so keep an eye out for that or PM me if you're interested in details.
I'll be keeping a more active eye on this thread again now that i havesome spare time on my hands. if anyone has any questions feel free to ask. I'll do my best to answer.

ah i went to his website and contacted on his on etsy and he said he doesn't do custom masks anymore, didn't know what was up with that. nice job nailing down all what he used but my holster is very similar to that so i doubt it would matter, it is a bit small though.
the vest i got isn't exact, something along the tag of "tactical" and it has lots of add ons to it, but they are removeable so i can get it to look like the movie. the radio pouch was by default near the waist but i can adjust it to be on the left shoulder as in the movie, i cannot find the futuristic prop in which they speak into, the image was found on pinterest but sadly i could not find the link to buy it.
i luckily have some black shoes that look like the boots, but i am unable to tuck the pants into it because they aren't actual boots. the jungle rat boots are 100 dollars and i have a friend that's coming with me so that's as far i was willing to go.
my commission for the mask didn't add any of the LED props to the mask because the budget was already spent (270 dollars ouch) and if you go back a page or two you can see my mask, it is a bit rectangular and weird and doesn't wrap around the head but i didn't want to make a fuss, this is all new to me
my part of the cosplay is actually complete, the mask guns (not like in the movie) etc are bought and delivered it's just the convention got canceled until 2021 which is a big oops

These links are for the second film mask configuration. On the third film, there is only one difference. They still indeed occupy a Surefire HL1 LED so refer to the past link. However on the other side, it can be viewed that it’s not a cylindrical object, it’s rectangular and almost flat... I found out (and i dont know if you can purchase these for cheap) that they are called “blast gauges”. Developed by some R&D company to record data on the war zone worn by a country’s soldiers to aid them in post war/ post practice runs. The data they record is blast exposure from weaponry. Well anyways here they are worn by Gally in the third film:

However I did infect find them on eBay but do keep in mind, they’re not cheap considering they’re military tech or something like that. Here’s the link:

If you guys want I can post the supplier’s link to the Blast Gauges and if your lucky you can try to obtain one from contacting them but I’m not so exactly sure a military supplier would have this come to effect... it’s worth a try though, am I right?

very cool but i think i've spent enough for this cosplay and don't think it's worth it now. the convention was postponed either until halloween or 2021
but that will be very helpful for others. i spent 270 for my mask, easily 300 - 350 (possibly 400) for the vest, uniform, GUNS, gloves, etc
i actually found a facebook user that found the LED light i think it was that surefire thing

And dude that’s sick! It’s like the one thing I wasn’t able to find on my own. Great work. I’ve got multiple references photos of the mask from the second film. And you’ll see that it’s not a cylinder shaped laser it’s infact almost identical to the airsoft replica I linked to above. I’ll post some pictures when I get to my computer mForgot to post the link to the Blast gauges. so I did some research in the air soft world and just discovered they do indeed have them at a fair range low price. At first when I saw your message about dummy Blast Gauges I was like: Shut the front door——really? I guess now the term “military grad tech” won’t necessarily matter when you can get them from an air soft store for cheap. Cheaper than expected too! Awesome find man! Back to you now.
For all the folks reading along, the Blast Gauge system on the WCKD Soldier is based from the 3rd film of the franchise: Maze Runner: Death Cure. In this film, WCKD Soldiers wear the Surefire HL1 series with a Blast Gauge system. Here’s the link to the Blast Gauge:

also lol, with my own time, i destroyed a gummy-rubberish type animal that had a plastic ball and an LED inside, basically some batteries are connected to the board and whenever the spring shakes, it touches a metal plate and gives power to the LEDs, i found a way to wrap the spring around the red LED so it is constantly on
lol so i can just get some foam, paint it black, superglue it to my mask and it'll be somewhat done
