hello i made a forum account just for this, i've been looking to find the mask for 2 years now ever since the movie came out so i can cosplay as it, only problem is as one of you have said that they were limited only to the movie production and only about 20 were made so if you can just post the 3d file or if you already have a business to make it, just sell it to me that'd be cool thanks for reviving this post because i kind of lost hope and i dont want to spend 320 dollars like one business told me to do on a mask which is way out of my budget for a cosplay

it doesnt really have a name in the movie it's just called a WCKD Soldier mask, they're just extras to continue the scenes/plot
if you mean the link "WCKD" sent, it is a custom airsoft mask, sadly i tried to reach the maker and he said he doesn't do custom masks anymore

do you happen to have the guns? i found myself a cosplay commissioner to make the mask, i just need the guns cause that'd be pretty pointless and a waste of a couple hundred bucks

Sup y'all! I found the forum just today, in fact, like 10 minutes ago haha. So I'm a mega Maze runner death cure/scorch trials, WCKD fan. I've always wanted to know what are the exact outfits of the WCKD soldiers (I know they have a red outfit and black one I don't know why they have a color separation because to identify engineers or officers? idk) So to break it down I know they have a mask, some sort of firefighter outfit, cargo pants, a standard vest and some black boots... I don't know if anyone here has a complete 100% accurate copy of the uniform but if anyone can just list a few down I'd very much appreciate that and if anyone knows a Maze runner community discord, hub, thread, or anything! Please DM me about it I'd very much appreciate if you send it. I've been looking for a maze runner community hang out for a long time and still no luck. Peace out, cheers.

If your on a budget and don't need an exact replica of the mask there is something kinda similar thats super cheap.

But is there an exact replica of the mask though? Im willing to spend good money on it just to get it perfect because the replica, in my opinion, is honestly just not that good.

hm nice find! i suppose if you want to go cheap and you have some materials, that's the way to go, you would need some fabric, some LED attachments and some foam for the center piece of the mask
there is no replica mask for sale currently, i am commissioning a person to make an EVA foam version of the mask (2x,) after my convention i might sell the pair i have
as the previous replies said, there were about 20 made for the movies so you're gonna have to make it or commission somebody like i did

Okay i guys i got it!!!!! So i google searched the image of the custom mask somebody else posted and it linked me to this page called CGTrader. On it i found the 3D model files!!! All i need to do is get them 3D printed and hey presto The models cost 20 USD and im waiting for a quote from a print company.

How did your Mask turn out? If I may ask... I’m sort of looking for a ‘customer review’ if you did in fact received your helmet. Hey,
So the product i found isn't actually the 3D model, its the plans for it. I dont have the model yet because i am still searchimg for a company that can 3D print it for me ( most are closed because of coronavirus ). If i do get in the end i will definetly send some pics. I assume that in the end it will look like the custom order mask that the other person got ( cant remember the name, sorry ) as the plans are fairly similar.

I reckon the item available for purchase is a whole chunk made up of six files so I guess the plans make sense. Also, this isn’t relevant to the 3D Model but we have like 12 or so people in this Thread and yet we’re all going for the same thing. I’m starting to imagine everyone‘s costumes now... might make a small platoon or something lol. But yeah anywho, I really can’t wait for upcoming Halloween to wear this especially now that someone found a Mask which I very much appreciate and I know so many others do too. The mask is a biggie for the costume...
still, I hope you do get your mask printed out, it looks amazing even as a 2D Picture, I’m drooling. If I could provide some advice when you do however get it printed, if they have the option to make it in a sort of hard plastic or something durable, I’d take that option. That’s an essential...
Once again, I greatly appreciate you for providing us with info on atleast a mask that some of us have been waiting for two years... I just need the mask to complete my WCKD Soldier BDU and the patches I haven’t quite yet ordered...

Thats absolutely no problem! I had only been looking for about a week or two until i found that page, but two years ! I honestly havent even started the collection, i just wanted to see if i could find the mask . Anyway im glad it helped. If you do get it could you post some pics because im really curious and probably wont get it for a while anyway

but i think it would do the job, i dont think anyone has ordered the mask from the 3D place yet, but i asked the 3D file owner and he said that he could not get an estimate to printing the mask so I do not know if it would cost more than a commission.
here is what he said if any of you know what it might mean:
"- Unfortunately, I can't answer this question. It all depends on the price of printing in the place where you plan to order. I can only say that the amount of plastic spent on 3D printing of the mask will be approximately 250-400 cm3 (Depending on the print settings and infill percentage). For the visor, the volume will be ~ 90-115 cm3.
I also want to note that the visor is not transparent. In the film, it is made of metal mesh. The visor from our pack, after printing, can be used as a master model to create a real visor made of transparent plastic or metal mesh."
for the patches, i simply searched on google "WCKD soldier patch" and found a 4 inch x 4 inch patch which is big enough for a shoulder patch, i don't think it'd look good on a cap. also don't forget for your cosplay there are Security Cards which you can find on Ebay, someone has made WCKD security passes so you can find them here:

I would definitely make a review on it as well and post the pictures here. I haven’t purchased the plans yet but with cocovirus out there, I don’t think I’ll get it printed anytime soon and I’m trying to find out if someone could help me ahead of time. Maybe a friend knows someone with a 3D printer or something but generally I’m in the same boat as you. Can’t even find a 3D printing service in my area so that’s tough...
All I really know is that as soon as maybe ‘Shapeways’ starts accepting files during this time, I will be ready to begin the process ASAP... I’m in awe just seeing the plans lol...
