Not a bad days work. Finished building my desk. Needed to custom build one to fit the area. Also made a custom cabinet using glass doors and shelves I pulled off a job before they tossed it in the dumpster. Very heavy and thick glass. And yes, I lit all of it.

Exactly what I have been doing the last 2 months.. if it’s in a box and I haven’t opened it in a year it’s for sale

Slowly but surely. This is going to be a marathon to finish up. so much to go through, unpack, display. Problay going to have a sale before too long. I'm finding doubles and spare parts all over the place. My neighbors and wife think I'm nuts because all I've been doing is talking to myself every time a grab a box to unpack or go through. If they don't have me committed soon, I should be really close in a couple of weeks:rolleyes:

Well, be on the look out. Believe it or not , I found I already had 3 Bolseys all in different places so lucky I didn't buy a 4th. At this point , I don't know what I have:(

First act in new shop was to redo the finish on some Indy stuff using a technique shown by Indy Magnoli. Use link to see how its done.

Before with WIP using red base coat and applying nail polish gold flakes

Also a WIP refinishing the grail . I wasn’t thrilled with the first one I did
So much better but still need to add some more maroon paint touches

I survived the storm but my yard didn’t and my new office - workshop has a tree on it
I live in south west Florida and that’s where Ian hit as a cat 4 hurricane moving 8 miles an hour. Translation: the eye sat over my area for almost 12 hours with 150 mile an hour constant winds and heavy gusts. No power and more critical, no gas in my area. I have to drive to Saraota to get gas and that’s an hour away. Luckily I work there so I just bring cans up. Could have been so much worse. My area has a lot of destruction and loss . I’m greatfull this is all that happened
