Besides what loraximus907 mentioned along with no black thread, I have a couple observations if you're modifying anyway:

• There seems to be more gap surrounding the names outside the red ring
• There also appears to be a thin gold ring just offset inside the outer gold ring
• The inner ring appears gold as well and is almost as thick as red ring
• Do you think the patch may possibly be embroidered on a navy blue, felt or wool material?
