Wow, that looks great!
Ah, I just rewatched that scene, now I know what you mean. I thought you meant it was moving in its closed position, but you mean that once the stock is opened the rear moves around quite freely. So does that mean your stock in its opened position will not be able to move from left to right to "simulate" auto aim?
That‘s too bad… I understand to a certain extent, but couldn’t that just as easily happen with .stl files though?
On the plus side, that means my own F44AA CAD project is still on. Can't wait to put my new modelling skills to work, I had to up my CAD game a bit modelling the M240 flamethrower in Fusion.
Cheers!

This first release it will be solid and no side to side movement, but as its quite modular, I'm sure ill revisit and look at a having ago at a moveable one a bit later on. My M41A file set has multiple stocks and shrouds as I've added to it over the years. I have some ideas looking at the expanded universe and would like to model up some under barrel attachments for the F44, perhaps a non Auto Aim stock as well.
Your M240 Sounds great, do you have a build log ? Id love to see how your CNC parts turn out.
thanks JobergIt's a beauty![]()
Thanks for the support ! I have been focusing on the full electronics kits for the M41A, which i have finally ironed out all of the buggy issues. So while i wait for production runs, I will be getting back to documentation for this and the M314.Awesome attention to detail Paul!!
I have your M41A Pulse rifle as a w.i.p the last while. I bought the files for this & your Motion tracker from Cults this morning to add to my projects.
Do you have a B.O.M for this yet??
Cheers,
Al.
I wanted to ask because I read you saying this over on Facebook a while back, will you still make the M41 electronics/code open source? Thanks for the support ! The M41A electronics uses custom boards that i have designed. The source code is tailored to it and it wont be released. The F44AA will be based on an off the shelf c3 esp32 and I'll share the source code / sounds and bin files if needed. It will be in my github linked from my website once I get back to it.I wanted to ask because I read you saying this over on Facebook a while back, will you still make the M41 electronics/code open source?
