Looking to see if Halliwax can fit my two in for a V3 production style and Throne Room stunt. The NASA variation has always been a controversial hilt for me, personally! What about you?

I’ve been debating on doing an Obi Wan Death Scene. I have an Obi Motorized Stunt and it’s just too close for looks, for me to do the Death Scene hilt. So for that case I’m thinking of going with a V3 Throne Room.
I’m wondering about the label “NASA Saber” for the current version of the V3.
The V3 has been wrapped in “luxurious aluminum tape” since at least 1994, when it appeared in the Best of the Lucasfilm Archives Book.
I thought that the only detail they added for the trip with NASA was a temporary ID Tag between the pommel cubes?
Or, did Lucasfilm completely clean-up the hilt, once again, and re-wrap it with new tape?
Perhaps “The Archives Stunt” would otherwise be a good name for the current version of V3?

Is the Throne Room V3 supposed to be the one Hamill chucks in his act of defiance to the Emperor? Different than the dueling hilt for the majority of the fight
I believe the one he throws in that specific scene is a resin hilt. Different from his v3 bladed stunt.
That’s actually a solid resin stunt. The saber he uses to duel with Vader is the v3 in production style which looks nothing like it does today..
I have a pretty big reveal coming out about it.. which proves just how much change has happened to it
You are correct, I mix these 2 years up all the time, 48thronin and I even joke about it
