Unlimited Run Blade Runner 2049 Officer K JACKET/COAT by Magnoli Clothiers

That's looking very cool. How's the lettering coming on?

Is it me, or are the shoulders in the pics I posted padded?

Just a few questions:

-Can we see the coat turned ‘Outside-Out’?

-Any chance we could see a tight, clear close-up of the waxed cotton material?

-In all the pictures I’ve seen, I’m certain that the ‘flap side’ of the collar usually affixes to the Outside of the smaller collar (rather than being tucked INside, as seen here) … will the placement of the buckle/strap on the smaller side of the collar prevent this?
Or does it simply attach fine regardless of whether the longer flap is inside OR outside?

Thanks :)

Here's the inside of the coat:

And yes, the collar can be overlapped either way.

And... the back writing! :)

Hi I'm new and italian so i don't know how this "chatroom" works and I don't speak "correct" english, yeah that's not probably the best way to start.
However i would like to know if there are any problems with Italian customhouse?
Could you also tell me if using velcro is a good or a bad idea for collar closure?

Welcome to the RPF!

We ship all over the world and most packages get through without much hassle from customs.

As for the collar closure, I personally stay away from velcro on anything besides pocket flaps as it does tend to wear out eventually with repeated use, especially if it's something that has any stress on it (such as a jacket front closure).

Thanks

Is there any collar closure that is more "hidden" then the one in the picture, I mean like not having iron part(I hope you understand)
Another things, I'm not sure about this fur. Is there the possibility to have a middle way between the first fur and this one?

WOW!
Looking AMAZING Indy! Thank You! (y)thumbsup(y)thumbsup:thumbsup

(oh, but for the record, though: I had already seen the inside-out pictures :) ...what I was asking for was a picture of the coat with it "outside-out" -meaning: NOT turned inside-out!) :lol

I think that my only other question is this:
Would it be possible to have just little padding put into the shoulders?
It just looks like maybe a little bit of padding would help it to look that much more like Gosling's coat (apologies to Ryan IF it's all actually His shoulder muscles that's filling out his coat!)
LOL ;)

:lol I thought you were a bit odd asking for "outside-out"... glad to see your not nuts. I'll get another photo of the front of the updated jacket shortly.

We are planning on adding some shoulder padding as well.

Fantastic!
After work tomorrow night I'll be confirming/updating my measurements and placing my order :)
That coat is an absolute thing of Beauty and Your hard work in getting the details right are 100% On Display with this offering!
WELL DONE! (y)thumbsup

Does getting the jacket with or without the writing on the back change price? also do you have any pics on how the hidden button closure would look like? thanks

damn, this is mind-blowingly awesome.

Just wanted to confirm something, it looks like the quilting pattern inside is slightly smaller than your prototype. Also, is it confirmed that the front closure is a single hook and eye?

I will be taking measurements tomorrow and hopefully submitting my order soon.

No difference in price with or without the writing.

Here is a nubuck version we did with a button closure. When it buttoned shut, you can't see the buttons, but when worn open, you see them:

As these are made-to-order, you can specify a larger or smaller quilt stitching (even adding a poly-fill to make it warmer, if you want). It seems pretty certain that the original has a single hook-and-eye with additional magnets for the front closure.
