New one. Let me know if you see any mistakes. :)

Need a ruling from the collective here.

The pic below is the only one I have with all the parts on the right side that have since fallen off. This area has a lot of symmetry to it. My question is do you thing the turquoise part on the left of the map is the same as the one I marked on the right?

*edit. Nevermind. That's a Hetzer part on the right side.

Hey, everyone. I’m currently finishing up the circular access pits on the upper mandibles, and I’m stuck on the forward port upper pit. There are just two greeblies that I can't identify.

(This isn't my model, but this builder is missing the same two parts that I am):

This parts map says they’re both from the Airfix P-51D Mustang:

But I’ve scoured the kit scans of the Airfix Mustang D and I can’t find anything that looks quite like the little nub on the top “shelf.”

As for the second piece (the one that’s labeled “What is this guy?”)

The parts map has it identified as this piece from the Airfix Mustang:

but to me it looks almost nothing like the one that appears on the 5 ft. model or the Bandai model.

Any help would be appreciated!

Ha! that little guy took me a long time to see, also with the help of the maps. And hints from others. It is there in that kit all right, just keep looking, quite some aha moment when you find it (hint: it is cut off).
The other part #62 is also correct, just flipped on the side:

Plus you’re right on the Carro Armato I think (edit 2: now I‘m not so sure about the Carro any more)

Edit: also, nice pit you posted there!

Yes, I see it now! I was imagining it lying on top of the other, square piece (also from the Mustang) in a different orientation, which is why it didn't look right.

That's a huge help, thanks.

And I'll get right on that other piece. Thanks for that tip, too.

You can also have a look in the parts lists, either the google doc which shows all the parts from each kit mapped so far or the spreadsheet in which the parts are listed and can be sorted by map, for instance.

And I think this cold be the hatch at the pit wall, Tamiya 1/35 Panzerkampfwagen III Ausf. M/N, A45:

Man how did I miss that? Epic fail. I’ll revise in a bit.

Any ideas on the two circled areas? Both have fallen off and reference is hard to find. This is the top of the cockpit tube.

That area is pretty bare now, huh? They needed better glue. Haha!

I just found a site called "The Prop Den." I had never heard of it before. I'm waiting for a email registration to start an account. I came across some ILM TIE photos earlier today I had never seen before. I was hoping maybe they had some Falcon photos there too that I hadn't seen before. Fingers crossed!

I found this guy. What do you think? The only thing that makes me question this one is the border all the way around doesn't seem as pronounced. However, that could be light tricking us.
This is the Tamiya Matra MS11

This is where the rectangle piece should be. What's throwing me are the two little black marks the arrow is pointing to. If that's part of the rectangle piece then this one isn't it.
