So they were right in this thread in finding 3 different jackets most likely swapped occasionally by stunt double right? I do find that the "Oversized Jacket/Jacket #3" to be the one that looks the coolest imo of course.
I did add additional inches to the well fit jacket I used to give Indy over there the measurements to achieve this "oversized" look such as making the sleeve length longer to fit that look of Jacket #3 on Rick how the sleeves go past his lower knuckles and I also added quite a bit of inches to the length of my well fit jacket (used forto match his Jacket #3 length as well so that it meets the bottom end of pants zipper just as his does.
But hopefully it works out well as the dude's located on the other side of the world that's a day ahead of us lol I'm only being overly analytical on my own measurements because I've never had tailored fit clothes before I have always purchased by size and ordering this way especially online you only get one shot to get everything right, but it seems to me that this jacket that Rick wears, the 3rd one in the pic below that a commenter posted in this thread is an XL considering Andrew Lincoln is 5'10 176 Ibs as listed. However the measurements I put for myself I believe would be similar to an L but it should fit the same considering our obvious weight and height differences.

It's nice of you to confirm that though this extremely analytical thread on this jacket goes to show just how unique and complex of a design it was for Ugg. I have to say this has been the most difficult design in a jacket I've ever seen in regards to attempting replication. But Jacket #3 is the perfect version to replicate imo and Indy seems to've played close attention to this thread and made changes when early design was criticized by original Ugg owners as necessary so far as the design goes I'm not too worried about as there seems to be only so much you can replicate 100% accurately with this weird jacket so I've been honestly more concerned with my measurements mostly hoping it turns out like the longer jacket of Ricks but this way is definitely better than paying $1,000+ on a L sized Ugg belfast bomber, that and only a select few will recognize as being Rick's jacket, additionally slim to none will realize is a replica if the two jackets look nearly identical anyway

Jacket #3 ftw

Thanks for your reply Trev yes it is a notoriously hard jacket to replicate isn't it! I have been trying desperately for years to get an exact replica of at least one of the three, I think i have two that are close collar wise, but they are not accurate on all of the intracate stitching and exact ugg material, which from the pictures i have seen of the ugg looks extremely plush! Also i think with there being 3 different types of jacket its also the choice of which one you want to have? But then i have an obsession over all 3! I also know what you mean about the baggy jacket no 3 with the rounded collar it look fantastic a real one of a kind, I have had a local tailor attempt to recreate this collar effect for me it is close but not exact! also my jacket does not have all of the stitching and side panels of the original ugg. Good luck in your quest for this fabled jacket Trev!

Hi again Trev which jacket is this one number ! or "?
I haven't mentioned the cotton-lycra section being a part of the jacket, I think that'd probably be more of a tricky one somehow for them to do. Although it doesn't affect the outside look of the jacket as such does it? More so just the inside where you can see the cotton-lycra?

In terms of the sleeve hole problem, I'm not sure if the Suzahdi jacket has the same problem as the WSL one with that, or whether its cut differently anyway.

I have just noticed another easy thing that I will show them to alter:
View attachment 700673 hi Trev they can do the side panels my friend Just show a picture of them.

Hi Trev sorry i made an error on my last post what i meant was the pic i just posted do you think this is jacket 1 or jacket 2 Rick wore? Oh and the picture you have shown in your attatchment was MY ACTUAL jacket suzahdi designed for me! It was an early attempt by me to recreate ricks jacket... but im sorry to say it does not look like ricks at all! Also to what you are saying about the cotton/lycra it all comes down to your preference , if you want magnoli clothiers to include this i am positive they will do their upmost to achieve this for you. My own personal preference is to go to wsl or magnoli i have tried to get suzahdi to replicate the jacket for me and they seem unable to get it how i would like especially the collar! also with the sleeves if you have not already discussed this with the people you choose to make your jacket , send as many pics or diagrams as possible to get what you want. Another thing i am currently doing is having a rick jacket altered by a tailor in my area, I have found one on one contact about this jacket face to face is best as you can really get into a good discussion with the tailor about exactly how you want the jacket, and you can be there at certain times to give input during the process, This is what i am doing at the moment! cheers Trev

Hi Trev and evryone else on this thread do you think these two jackets are the same one? Also here is my rick jacket with the collar altered it is the only pic i have at the moment as my tailor has this jacket back again for more work on the collar and also they have another rick jacket of mine which they are also adjusting, If anyone is interested i can post the finished pictures of them both when i get them back?

Hi again i have taken some time out to put some pics up of the collars of my various jackets none of these collars were like this when i got them from suzahdi wsl or the jacket maker i altered these myself with my tailor if anyone would like a chat about this please message me! The first three pics are my best attempt at the pointy collared jacket see pic 2. The 4th pic is from suzahdi with a different colour shearling to try and match pic 5s collar and shearling. pic 6 onwards is my rounded collar jacket from the later seasons, this jacket when purchased had a completely different collar in shape size and shearling i sourced some shearling from one of my very very old wsl jackets and took this too my tailor who followed my ideas and we came out with this collar! I am extremely happy with this as i feel it is the most acurate i have seen, i could well be wrong as i know there are alot of people out there doing the same things as me! The final pic is another attempt at the pointy collar from yet another jacket i have in this one the shearling is folded over the collar from front to back i think this looks pretty good? i hope some of this helps people out there! Also any advice on tweaking or changing anything is great!

Yep, they're the same jacket, which I designated as Jacket 2:

Here are two more jackets if you are interested Trevor both collars are

Hi Trev how are you? here are a couple more of my jackets with the collars altered . Have you got any jackets or is the one from magnoli clothiers your first?
Gonna be my first from magnoli but even if say the collar isn't quite the same as Uggs it's fine to me because as you said this jacket is very difficult in design I'm not too worried about it but so far everything else seems to be 99% accurate that 1% being a possible non-accuracy where the collar is concerned but the latest update Indy added (as per this thread) was Razor's critical points that he compared Indy's 2nd design on to the original Ugg collar but more specifically Rick's because it seems that Womble altered the collar on an Ugg slightly as well because the original Ugg has a very thick collar that seems much larger than Rick's so his was definitely altered in some way which explains why a lot of people are having trouble getting an accurate collar look

Hey Indy Magnoli do you happen to have any pictures of the jacket from any recent orders?
I got email last week saying it will ship within 2 weeks so next week sometime should be shipped and I’ll post pics then and maybe even some of me wearing it if my sister will take pictures she’s the photographer not me lol I still ain’t in a hurry it’s upper 80s just now here in Texas

Lucky you, I'm down in Central Florida so probably little to no chance of it dropping to any reasonable winter temps. If that jacket turns out good hell I'll still wear it out here haha

They’re even harder to find now than they were a year ago and people are asking way too much when it’s just not worth it (to me) unless that doesn’t bother you in which case you’ll most likely have to do a deep search to find one. eBay is out of them from what I remember and I’ve seen a few for sale on random forum websites but were posted at $1400 which is just dumb to me but to others it’s their money I’m not one to judge how others spend their money. So if you want what you could do is a request thread of the Ugg on multiple websites see what people have I know it’s a stretch but you never know. Other than that like I said search deeply you might stumble on the one I found for 1400 I couldn’t tell you how to find it I sorta stumbled on to it but I decided not to go that route
