We have done final sample, and we won't change in production our design details.
Perhaps, Delta printing could be slightly shining if possible.
If someone wants any change in his jacket so I'll tweak it.

As far as I understand, your shirt logo size are 5 mm by 5mm.
And my Delta logo size is 11mm.
Delta pattren are going vertical, so it looks longer than Plus sign(logo).

I do suspect 5mm is the right scale. It is hard to be precise based on photographs, of course, but is quite clear that your deltas are roughly 2x the size of the original.

That, plus the gunmetal ink creates a very different contrast color.

Fair enough. It's not too bad as it is, and I completely understand if you want to limit how many revisions you do.

But I would say it's quite far from being screen accurate as depicted in your sample.

I'm consistently working on this to make screen accurate as possible.
We made delta design in different sizes so far.

Our old delta size was 11mm by 8MM and that was looking slighlty big.

And now we created a new smaller size delta with size 6mm.

Here is the new Delta printing image, I have to do gunmetal color printing yet.

To developing a screen accurate product/ jacket always complicated and hard job.
Here is new 5 mm wide delta pattern, I agree to Sancus, it should be smaller as other printing designs.
Let's see how it coems out.

One thing to notice aside from size is that the columns of deltas are offset, they don't neatly align column to column. Looks to be about an even split.

it's my bad. I couldn't noticed yet. Today I received that size file and printing frame, now I have to redo.

It's a diamond pattern like this except its deltas instead of triangles.

Here is newest printing sample with small size 5mm width, as well delta palcment, the columns of deltas are offset now.

Edit: I just changed the images, now you can see metalic in printing.
