STAR TREK DISCOVERY has been cancelled after 5 seasons

More impossible than cold fusion, more impossible than human powered ornithopters, more impossible than Nick Cage saying no to a movie pitch .... Can I have a clever Star Trek within rich beautiful canon about a bunch o' guys on a Starship mission exploring space stuff? LOL

That’s simply far too much to ask in today’s era of crying, unprofessionalism, failing upward, and magical science-fantasy technology.

I’m genuinely not trying to ask a political question but the charge is mentioned several times in this thread that Discovery had an agenda…
I’m curious… could some who believes this way provide a few examples?

I only watched season 1 of Discovery…
I do miss Star Trek being about exploration.
