I've found a picture of Helen Slater as Lara which is much closer to the screen used polaroid in Episode 7x06 Timecode: 32:47 than the posted version on RPF by a member. I've already cropped it to the visible area. Lara smiles less and the difference of this and the real prop is the slight angle, from where the photo was shot, I assume that the still photographer done that twice after the scene was shot ("please give me a smile Helen"), but wasn't standing at the pos marker, where Laura stood, so the door isn't that much visible and the two columns behind her. As well as the door lamp, which should not be in the prop pic.

You can get the original if you have enough money. It's a 27.5" x 11.8" watercolor that was painted by Rodolfo Migliari, so it wasn't the full wall painting as seen on the show.
