On a side note, if you want to make your own Jughead comics, here's a link with free download for (possibly) all issued numbers ==> Archie’s Pal Jughead.
And if you want the map of Texas Red is examining, you'll have to search for C. S. Hammond's Atlas with the map of Tennessee on one page and Texas on the other page:

While these are not quite the correct versions (the missing text at the bottom right corner of the page - UNITED STATES SECTION * 153), these are the closest I could find so far.
I have found a smaller version on archive.org (link here ==> Hammond's complete world atlas : C.S. Hammond & Company : Free Download, Borrow, and Streaming : Internet Archive) with each map separated on 2 pages:
