This was not seen in the movie. Should print as 111 x 70 mm. The photo was cleaned up and enhanced in Topaz Photo AI. The writing and the stamp prints were fully vectorized, while the Liberty stamp is a cleaned up photo found online.

Everything was vectorized and correct(ish) fonts were used , except the stamps - these are cleaned up photos. The frame of the diploma was found online (just search for
Great Papers! Metallic Gold Border Certificate) and used one of the corners to vectorize it. The envelope is 371 x 253 mm, the letter is 320 x 245 and the diploma is 294 x 222 mm.

The logo was vectorized, correct(ish) fonts were used and the judge signature was recreated from scratch. This should print as 232 x 139 mm.
