Made the Innie Resignation envelope (for LTR and A4 papers):

And the Lumon Logo Pin:
Innie Resignation Envelope Lumon Pin.png

The LTR envelope is 298 x 228 mm fully closed while the A4 envelope is 315 x 228 mm. The pin is 25 x 19 mm.

I already did a fully functioning envelope using 2 colored pages, but because I had to slightly downscale the envelope to fit the pages (340 x 240 mm each and I only had 2 pages), the Innie Resignation Form is a slightly downscaled LTR (I made it to fit the width of an A4 paper, then cut the excess paper - the last photo shows the difference between an A4 and the slightly downscaled LTR):

Well...

Mark's Completion Envelope Outside.png Mark's Completion Envelope Inside.png Mark's Completion Card Front.png Mark's Completion Card Inside.png

The envelope is 185 x 135 mm fully closed (just like Petey's niece and Gemma's goat envelopes, but with different flaps) and the card is 260 x 180 opened. The card itself looks to be made from a very thick (card)board, around 3-4 mm thick, but because this variant is printed, it can be made on thinner cardboard. I will do the pop-out version too, where only the plate and the waffle is a separate piece.

Thanks! I noticed that the width of the pieces is small and the whole structure sits too low, so I have increased the height from 10mm to 15mm. Will see how this will affect the structure.

Updated post #96 with the reprinted and laminated Sarum Prayer card (quick jump here ==> Severance).

Big news!
After a failed attempt, I managed to do a fully working Mark's completion waffle card. The failed attempt was made with too thick paper/cardboard for both the waffle and the card (but still good as a guide):
20250331_211330.jpg 20250331_211917.jpg 20250331_215920.jpg 20250331_215940.jpg 20250331_215957.jpg 20250331_224058.jpg 20250331_224121.jpg 20250331_224212.jpg 20250331_224258.jpg 20250331_224406.jpg 20250331_224416.jpg
Because the card itself is too thick, it snapped on the outside on the folding line. Also, as you can see in the last 2 images, it is impossible to fully close the card. The only way to achieve a great replica is to use thinner paper/cardboard and cut the outside of the card in half then glue them on the back of the inner card already folded in half:
20250401_143653.jpg 20250401_143703.jpg 20250401_143740.jpg 20250401_143757.jpg 20250401_143802.jpg 20250401_143818.jpg 20250401_143845.jpg 20250401_143933.jpg 20250401_143940.jpg 20250401_143947.jpg 20250401_143952.jpg 20250401_144021.jpg 20250401_144045.jpg 20250401_144102.jpg 20250401_144137.jpg 20250401_144148.jpg

Some comparison images of the printed (right and top) and the fully functional version (left and bottom):

Here are the files needed for the functional card:

Note that the colored and clean waffle parts can be printed on both LTR and A4 as is.

For the waffle I used a green tinted 200gsm (around 74lb) thick cardboard. For the outside, inside card and the plate I used white 250gsm (around 92lb) thick cardboard. The inside card was glued on a 400gsm (around 148lb) thick cardboard.

Was I waiting for you to attempt this before I gave it a go myself? No. Am I glad that you navigated this first? Absolutely. Stellar work as always, and so helpful for a novice like me. Thank you!

Here is Dylan's Innie Resignation Request first filled out by iDylan (or Dylan G):
Innie Resignation Request iDylan White LTR.png Innie Resignation Request iDylan Blue LTR.png Innie Resignation Request iDylan White A4.png Innie Resignation Request iDylan Blue A4.png

And the response filled in by oDylan (or Dylan George):

The FU was not underlined in that particular scene (removing it from the envelope), but a close up of a different version had it, so I included it in the final version:

I have made a Marvel Team-Up with Astyanax, who commissioned as much as possible drawings from Irving's sketchbook. The point of this is that he will be offering these in his Etsy Shop, possibly next week, so sadly these pages won't be shared at hi-res publicly, at least not in the foreseeable future.
Image408.png Image408_3.png Image408_4.png Image414.png Image417.png Image419.png Image423.png Image427.png

Here are all the pages at low-res (just a show off):
Irving's Sketchbook.png

Everything you see was hand drawn (even the text) using a LED light pad, then scanned at 600 dpi. I used 4 portraits, each with 3 variations, and 2 versions of the Exports Hall, each with 2 variations.

And now for the free stuff!
Because I was in my hand drawing mood, I did Helly's lamp drawing:
Image246.png Helly's Lamp Drawing.png Lumon Sticky Note.png
Made these as standard 4 x 3 inch, or 102 x 77 mm.

Also did 3 variants of Burt's O&D to MDR map:
O&D Card with Map Back 1 v1.png O&D Card with Map Back 1 v2.png O&D Card with Map Back 1 v3.png O&D Card with Map Back 2 v1.png O&D Card with Map Back 2 v2.png O&D Card with Map Back 2 v3.png

This is just a repost of the vectorized version of the map and the front (just to have all the files in one place):
O&D Card with Map Front 1.png O&D Card with Map Back 1.png O&D Card with Map Front 2.png O&D Card with Map Back 2.png
These are 90 x 50 mm.

More props!

The photo envelope is 230 x 153 mm (or 9 x 6 inch) fully closed. The full variant is 321 x 282 mm, but the main body and the flaps can be printed on 2 LTR or A4 pages. The logo with the horizontal lines is for the clear envelope (if you already have green paper) and you should print it on self adhesive paper (or plain paper and use adhesive), but not before you do a bit of testing with the background color. Then cut it as close as possible to the white outline (oval for the logo and rectangular for the lines) and glue it on the gray placeholder.

For this I used the photo that was already posted in this thread, but because it's not exactly the one you see in the show (Dylan G's head position is a dead giveaway - slightly tilted to his left shoulder vs straight in the show). To replace the head, I used one of the screenshots which I enhanced it in Topaz Photo AI, then cut and paste the nose bridge of Dylan's eyeglass from the 1st photo and add it to the enhanced image (the program was unable to recreate this detail) and finally added it to the 1st photo, but not before I erased Dylan's old head and run the whole photo in Topaz Photo AI. The photo is 152 x 103 mm (or 6 x 4 inch).

Made this as a standard A6 or 148 x 105 mm. This should be laminated, then cut to size.

Made as LTR and A4. For ease of work, the full text was taken from the Severance Wiki ==> Wellness Facts, although there are some punctuation errors which I fixed according to the screenshot. Except one line, you can hear all of them read by Ms. Casey to Irving G. The missing line is Your Outie once made a and the rest is indecipherable so I added something that fit the length of that particular sentence (visible in the second screenshot).

This was made as 216 x 140 mm or half LTR. The purple-ish photo is from Severance Wiki (you can find it at the same link shared earlier in this post); again I took the transcript from the wiki, although there was a typo (Your Outie will not.. is in fact Your Outie does not).

Last, but not least, here's Mr. Milchick's blank General Announcements sheet:
Image537.png Image540.png General Announcements Blank Milchick A4.png General Announcements Blank Milchick LTR.png
Those particular sheets looks to be A4, but I also did them as LTR.

Forgot to say that the footer was also guesstimated; the only visible words are THE ABOVE DOCUMENT and WELLNESS CENTER.

Quick question: Has anyone here recreated the "Hang In There" poster? I understand the goal of this thread is for free paper props so I feel bad requesting something specific but I haven't been able to find digital/physical version I like.

Hi-ish res versions are available online through image search. Definitely not poster size but serviceable enough for a5 - and not bad at all for eg. postcard size. I don’t (yet!) have the skills to finesse this kind of thing to print quality - otherwise I’d be all over it.
