You can use FB however you want to use it. Create a profile, and join the Star Wars groups. Manage your friends list tightly if needed. Keep your profile private.

Don’t engage in Facebook wall banter.

Make it work for you.

The DJ was painted - at least the photos of the original DJ on the Den are painted. So this run isn’t likely cast from a RAW source RB cast.

Yes, the DJ was brilliantly painted, so I would hate to think that it was stripped again before molding. I was lucky enough to hang out with DJ at Celebration IV in LA and he brought his helmet with him so I was able to see it in person. It was a really superb looking piece.

Thanks for all the shout outs everyone. I am making kit versions available (not advertising here but since it was mentioned) As a one man show I mold, cast, trim, prep, paint, pack and ship so if you don't mind a little work the kits are cheaper and easier for me if you want something right away. The Covid crisis has slowed things like shipping and getting materials down but things have started picking up in my area as more of the workforce is returning and restrictions are being lifted.

Chris, we did take the Velcro off the faceplate but that was the only thing we did. We left everything else in place including the mesh and tusks.

Yes it is a lot of "elitism" and "ego".But if everybody could have everything in the hobby...would it not be boring?

I don't think so from a costuming point of view. The more people we can have in accurate costumes the better.
