That suit has a very commanding presence and is the epitome of Predator!
Like pdisc, it got me going on getting a Pred suit together for this year... (and next.....and next)

I can tell you seeing this suit in the video is what got me addicted and spend hours each night in the garage working to emulate. WIth any luck, you won't see my wife when you come to San Diego Scott, she has a bounty on your head for getting me addicted to the "Preda-crack". I'm just kidding - - a little - - she has been very supportive. Especially as things have started coming together.
Your suit is what I'm modeling after. So hopefully you won't take offense when you see some familiar ideas.

I need to chime in and echo what was said above. Scott, I do not know if you realize how much of an impression you made on this community with your suit(s). Your constant updates about every step and your top notch quality grabbed my attention. This site was a small influence on me but you and your work was the BIGGEST influence. If you never built your suits, I can honestly say I do not think I would be building my own. That is how much your work and your posts inspire us. I just today finished my first DB P1 with dreads and all. The birth of my predator is imminent and I thank you for being the virtual womb from which my interest was born.

when i see it your suit always reminds me of a pred that would be in a pred movie, so nice and
diffrent , the suit should be used ina movie, i can picture it next to the AVP or lost hunters,

Amazing job on the armour. I've got some experience working with the Romans' lorica segmentata armour as well as full on breastplates and shoulder pauldrons. This really looks well made - nice attention to detail!

I'm sorry I know this is a necropost, but dammmmmmmm. If my suit ends up 50% as good as yours Scott I'll be over the moon. Well done fella. I first see it on YouTube then tonight I tracked it down. 100% truly an amazing build. And I know where your coming from with the way the suit took a different direction from where you set off from on. I'm on a similar journey. Fingers crossed it'll be as half as good as this beast.
