For some reason Scalemates has this Centurion all mixed up with different part numbers for different kits. It's all over the place. If you pull this number up, it actually pulls up the "Centurion Mk.10" box art, so I added mine to Scalemates too. I do have the exact Nichimo Centurion that Scalemates pulls up, a "Centurion Mk.10 105mm Gun Battle Tank" physically here to examine as well (I will post it in another post - to follow...). The Mk.10 Centurion kit I have here is kit number is R-3502*500, which still does not match Scalemates listing of the Nichimo "R-3505".
All I know is the specific kit I've posted here is part number "R-3505" and is labeled "British Army Medium Tank "Centurion." I assume it was made in the late 1960's to early 1970's going by the box art, and age of the kit. The manual does not have a date included in it, so I have just listed as 197x for year manufactured.
So I just figured something out... I also have a Nichimo "Chieftain 120mm Gun Battle Tank" and went and pulled it from my stash. It seems Nichimo has re-used part numbers for different model kits. Hooray for us!!! Maybe some know this, but I didn't. So I'll let you know now: The part number on my Chieftain 120mm Gun Tank is "R-3505*500", and the part number on this Nichimo posted here, the "British Army Medium Tank Centurion" is also "R-3505." Maybe someone can let me know if there is a way to differentiate between kits, and the year it was manufactured? If I hadn't had these kits physically here I would have never known.
The only physical differences I've seen between this Centurion kit (#R-3505), and the other Nichimo Centurion Mk.10 I have here (#R-3502*500) and will post separately is: The tracks included in each are different, the instruction manuals are different, the box art is different, but other than that I think the part sprues are identical.
And here again Scalemates fails us.... When searching for Nichimo R-3502 it pulls up the Nichimo Chieftain 120mm Gun Battle Tank (A totally different Tank Search for Nichimo R-3502 on Scalemates.com. I can tell you that it is wrong. This kit is labeled exactly as I've written it.

And again... the other Centurion I posted previously (#R-3505) has the exact same sprue parts as this kit. The only difference I have seen is: The tracks included in each kit are different, the instruction manuals are different, and the box art is different. Other than that I think the part sprues are identical.
